Cloud Services

Case Study

We were contacted by a reasonably sized charity in Staffordshire and asked to advise on some upgrades to their computers. As part of this upgrade we also looked at their file storage and email provision and decided to move them to Office 365 at the same time.Read more...

Love it or hate it (I dislike the term) "the Cloud" is here to stay and providers offer services and software for a relatively small per person monthly fee. There are some serious benefits to taking advantage of cloud services, a few are listed below;

As a very quick example we often recommend the combination of Office 365 + Google Calendar and contacts + Less Annoying CRM + QuickBooks as a great base system for any new company or for someone wanting to get more up to date.

Office 365

Give you access to the office suite you know and love with best in class email and online storage with OneDrive and SharePoint. It can be a great base for a secure scalable GDPR compliant system that allows you to work wherever you are.

Google Calendar and contacts syncs with nearly everything so is part of our default setup. It's available on the Web and will sync to Mac, Android, iOS. The only downside is that it doesn't sync well with office 365 but that's a small price to pay. There are API's available to help integrate the services with other products as well.

Less Annoying CRM

It's more than less annoying, it's brilliant, simple and easy to use. LACRM will sync your contacts and calendar items and allow you to keep track of your customers. It supports a feature called pipelining which allows you to track progress of customers through tasks. LACRM also has an API to allow integration with other packages.

Quick books

For simple straight forward accounting your can't (in our opinion) beat Quick Books. You enter Customer and Supplier invoices, sync with your bank. We can also tie QuickBooks in with other services to help keep track of time and expenses or to automatically generate invoices based on input from other systems.
